Arlows V-Band set 60,3 mm / 2,375 in

Clamp plus two weld rings for 60,3 mm / 2,375 in stainless tube.
Clamp plus two weld rings for 60,3 mm / 2,375 in stainless tube. A joint you can open without cutting the weld. Male and female ring centre on the groove. Quick release for tight spots.

OPENS

Clamp off, part off. Turbo, downpipe and test flange without cutting the flex.

STAINLESS

1.4301 / V2A. Heat, vibration, exhaust.

CENTRING

Groove and step put the rings on centre. No step in the gas path.

EXHAUST AND TURBO

Downpipe, header, turbo flange, wastegate.

Use cases

  • Exhaust: downpipe, header, mid pipe, rear silencer
  • Turbo: turbine outlet, wastegate, external bypass
  • Shop: remove a part without cutting the weld

Fitment

Cut the tube square, slide it into the chamfer, weld inside and outside. Keep the rings true before welding or use the centring groove. Tighten the clamp only after it has cooled, thread M8. Do not mix aluminium and stainless in the same weld.
