Arlows V-Band weld rings 89 mm / 3,5 in

Two weld rings for 89 mm / 3,5 in aluminium tube.
Two weld rings for 89 mm / 3,5 in aluminium tube. Chamfered seat, weld inside and outside, then a smooth bore with no step. Male and female ring centre on the groove.

CHAMFER

Slide the tube into the seat, weld inside and outside. The flange does not pull out of true.

ALUMINIUM

Aluminium. Heat, vibration, exhaust.

CENTRING

Groove and step put the rings on centre. No step in the gas path.

EXHAUST AND TURBO

Downpipe, header, turbo flange, wastegate.

Use cases

Exhaust: downpipe, header, mid pipe, rear silencer

Shop: remove a part without cutting the weld

Fitment

Cut the tube square, slide it into the chamfer, weld inside and outside. Keep the rings true before welding or use the centring groove. Tighten the clamp only after it has cooled. Do not mix aluminium and stainless in the same weld.
