Add a sensor directly to the line.
This CNC-machined aluminium sensor adapter connects two compatible AN fittings and adds a 1/8-inch NPT sensor port. It lets you place a measurement point within the line route.

Applications
For compatible sensors, for example for oil temperature or fuel pressure measurement. The sensor, line and adapter must be suitable for the fluid and operating conditions.
Installation & notes
Depressurise the system before installation. Check sensor thread, insertion depth and clearance for the connector and wiring. Install the sensor with suitable NPT sealant as directed by its manufacturer, keeping sealant out of the flow passage. The sensor tip must not unduly restrict flow. AN flare connections seal at the matching sealing face rather than with thread tape. Follow the tightening instructions for the components used and leak-test the completed assembly before operation.
Permitted operating conditions depend on the ratings of every component in the assembly.
