Arlows Adapter M8x1.25 to Dash 4 ( Screw-in adapter )
Connect a metric port to an AN line.
This screw-in adapter provides a transition between the specified metric thread and an AN connection, allowing a compatible line to be connected to a suitable component port. This version: Thread 1: M8x1.25. Thread 2: Dash 4 ( 7/16 - 20 UNF ).

Applications
For components with a matching metric port, including custom oil or fuel plumbing where all parts are approved for the fluid and operating conditions.
Installation & notes
Install metric or straight port threads with the seal required by the sealing face. Thread tape does not replace that seal. Clean and inspect the threads and sealing faces. AN/Dash flare fittings seal on the matching conical face; do not use thread tape on that connection. Use suitable tools to hold the mating part, route lines without strain and check the completed assembly for leaks. Follow the component manufacturer?s tightening instructions.
Common question
Is the thread diameter enough to confirm fit?
No. Pitch, engagement length and sealing arrangement must also match. Seal the metric side using the method required by its port design.
