Description

It is a set of V-band clamps, intended for 70mm stainless steel tubes.

This set includes a clamp and 2 welded rings made of 100% stainless steel (1.4301)
 
 
The clamp has a quick release, ideal for hard-to-reach areas.
This is the "self centering" high-end variant of the flanges.
In this variant, there is a male and a female flange, which get centered via centering rabbet.
These flanges are centering themself through the rabbet.
 
The welded rings are equipped with a phase in which one the 70 mm stainless steel tube gets inserted.

Afterwards the flange and the tube have to be welded at the inside and the outside.

So there are no problems with wrong applied or distorted flanges.

The internal diameter of the flange will be just the same internal diameter as the one of the pipe, so that no unfavorable edges may occur.
