Arlows V-Band weld rings 152,4 mm / 6 in

Two weld rings for 152,4 mm / 6 in stainless tube.
Two weld rings for 152,4 mm / 6 in stainless tube. Chamfered seat, weld inside and outside, then a smooth bore with no step.

CHAMFER

Slide the tube into the seat, weld inside and outside. The flange does not pull out of true.

STAINLESS

1.4301 / V2A. Heat, vibration, exhaust.

SMOOTH BORE

After welding the inside diameter is the tube's.

EXHAUST AND TURBO

Downpipe, header, turbo flange, wastegate.

Use cases

Exhaust: downpipe, header, mid pipe, rear silencer

Fitment

Cut the tube square, slide it into the chamfer, weld inside and outside. Keep the rings true before welding. Tighten the clamp only after it has cooled. Do not mix aluminium and stainless in the same weld.
