Sequential blow off valve open
WARNING very loud hissing noise due to the large membrane area!
This is an very high quality open membrane blow off valve.
Multiple sealed and fitted with a reinforced tear-resistant membrane.
This blow off valve works according to the principle of sequential.
The valve has 2 internal circuits which separately regulate it up to ~ 2.5 bar automatically.
Low charging pressure opens only a small circulation, high charging pressure opens the valve completely.
Through this, the optimal quantity of air is discharged so that the turbocharger is gently braked.
The result is a significant improvement of response and the switching connections.
This valve automatically adapts optimal to your driving / load state.
Optimal for engines that respond very vulnerable to open blow off valves e.g. VW Audi 1, 8T engine.
Other pop off valves are either open or closed. Thus the engine loses too much air mass and thereby an irregular idle arises.
Through the large and small circulation this problem does not arise at the sequential valves.
It can be exchanged 1:1 against the original.
Suitable for all petrol turbo engines.
Biturbo engines require 2 valves.
All parts which are needed for the assembly are included.
An aluminum plug for closing the original return is also included in the scope of delivery.
