Multi-layer mat 385 × 385 mm, 10 mm thick. Silicate fabric (Kevlar-titanium) inside, reflective face outside. For tunnels, firewalls, underbodies and cabins ? bond or rivet.
10 MM, NOT 6 MM
Thicker than the 320 mm sheet. More standoff between radiation and the panel ? noticeable on tunnels and floor pans.
400 °C / 1100 °C
Continuous reflection up to 400 °C, short-term up to 1100 °C. Front-to-back delta up to 80 °C.
385 × 385 MM
Square, approx. 0.15 m². One sheet for a seat base, tunnel field or underbody patch over cat/downpipe.
BOND OR RIVET
Bond large-area on clean metal. Under the floor and on vibration add rivets.

Fitment
Degrease and dry the surface. Reflective face toward the heat. Press on; rivet underbodies and vibrating panels. This is a shield ? it does not replace wrap on the manifold itself.
