VR6 Turbo exhaust manifold + gasket
This is a cast iron manifold suitable for all VW VR6 12 valve engines.
Thus suitable for:
-VW Golf 2,8L + 2,9L
-VW Passat 2,8L + 2,9L
-VW Corrado 2,8L + 2,9L
-VW Sharan 2,8L
This manifold is required if you want to install a turbocharger.
It's a cast exhaust manifold with a 6 in 1 tube Guide.
On this manifold, both a T4 and a T3 turbocharger can be mounted, due to the double flange.
In addition an 35 / 38mm external wastegate can be mounted laterally.
Therefore you can also use the original Audi S2 RS2 wastegates.

The manifold is cast in a high temperature resistant material.
This cast is also used for exhaust housings of turbochargers.
After the casting the manifold was heat treated to resolve internal tensions in the material and therefore to prevent crack growth.
Afterwards all sealing surfaces were planned and the threads were cut.
The manifold can be mounted directly, no adjustments are necessary.
You will also receive a matching T3/T4 metal seal.
This manifold can realize performances up to 800hp.

T3: 86 x 44 mm hole spacing
T4: 82.5 mm x 70 mm hole spacing
