Arlows Heat Protection Mat – 500 × 500 mm
A quarter square metre of shield. One sheet instead of patches.
Multi-layer mat 500 × 500 mm, 6 mm thick. Silicate fabric (Kevlar-titanium) inside, reflective face outside. For large tunnel, firewall and underbody areas – bond or rivet.

Approx. 0.25 m². Fewer joints, fewer gaps. One field instead of three small mats.
400 °C / 1100 °C
Continuous reflection up to 400 °C, short-term up to 1100 °C. Front-to-back delta up to 70 °C.
SILICATE + KEVLAR-TITANIUM
High-temperature fabric core, reflection facing the heat. Not soft foam.
BOND OR RIVET
Bond large-area on clean metal. Underbody and vibration: add rivets.

Fitment
Degrease and dry the surface. Reflective face toward the heat. Press on; rivet underbodies. Cutting is fine. This is a shield – it does not replace wrap on the manifold. For heavier sheet duty use HD 500 × 500 mm.
