Wagner Tuning oil cooler kit VW Crafter and MAN TGE 2.0 TDI
Extra oil surface for a van that does not run empty.
Competition kit for the VW Crafter and MAN TGE 2.0 TDI EA288, from 2017, 75 to 130 kW, 102 to 177 hp. A 7 row full aluminium cooler joins the oil circuit through an adapter plate and thermostat. On long load, a full cargo bay and a trailer, oil temperature climbs. The extra face takes heat off and keeps oil pressure steadier.

THERMOSTAT
Adapter plate with an integrated thermostat. The extra cooler only joins when the oil is hot. Cold start stays on the short path.
FITTED
Brackets for the vehicle, matching oil hoses, original gaskets 03N 117 070 and 03N 115 441. Plug and play, not a universal kit.
USE
Courier, camper, trade, fleet, trailer. Same engine, different load. Not for other EA288 cars without a check.

The cooler pack sits at the front or the rear of the lock carrier, depending on engine layout, gearbox and equipment. Check the position before you order. Front and rear are not the same kit.

Fitment
Look at the cooler pack on the lock carrier, then order the matching position. Use the gaskets from the kit, not the old ones. Check the oil level after the first run, and the hoses for rub on edges. The thermostat decides when the extra circuit opens.
