The revised Competition EVO1 Gen.2 intercooler kit for the Audi RS4 B5.
The high-performance intercoolers have the following mesh dimensions (255 mm x265 mm x 90 mm) and thus offer a 46% larger flow area, as well as 89% more charge air volume compared to the original intercoolers. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh offers improved cooling characteristics on the latest Tube-Fin technology. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analyses in the CAD system. The intercooler kit was developed directly for the high demands of the Audi RS4. An optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance! In direct comparison to the Performance Gen.1 intercooler, enormous improvements could be shown again.
This kit also includes air guides made of visually appealing carbon. The installation is done at the original mounting points and is very easy to perform. Inlet Ø55mm - outlet Ø65mm
