Arlows Heat Protection Mat HD ? 250 × 500 mm
Heat stays on one side. Parts stay on the other.
Multi-layer HD mat, 5 mm thick, self-adhesive. Reflective face, silicate / Kevlar-titanium core, formable HD sheet. For engine bays, tunnels and bulkheads ? and anywhere radiation cooks wiring, hoses or panel work.
HD, NOT FOIL
Heavier gauge sheet than the standard mat. Holds shape, takes load, lasts on tunnels and firewalls.
500 °C / 1200 °C
Continuous reflection up to 500 °C, short-term up to 1200 °C. Front-to-back delta up to 80 °C.
PERFORATED & FORMABLE
The sheet follows radii and swages, then keeps the form. No flapping foil.
CORE + REFLECTION
High-temperature silicate fabric (Kevlar-titanium) inside. The outer face reflects radiation before it reaches the part.

Fitment
Degrease the surface. Cut, form, peel the liner, press on. Do not bond to wet or dusty metal. This is a shield ? it does not replace wrap on the manifold itself.
