Arlows Heat Protection Tape Gold 4.5 m x 50 mm
Do not wrap the pipe. Stick it on the part. Send the radiation back.
Self adhesive fibreglass tape with a gold aluminium face. Protects plastics, engine covers, fuel lines and cable ducts from radiant heat. More effective than silver tape, without wrapping a manifold.
GOLD NOT SILVER
The gold face reflects radiant heat more efficiently than classic silver alu tape.
450 °C / 1500 °C
Continuous reflection up to 450 °C, short term up to 1500 °C. Front to back delta up to 75 °C.

Contents approx. 4.60 m. Enough for a cover, a line run and a few repair spots.

Fitment
Degrease and dry the surface. Cut the tape, peel the liner, press on, overlap at edges. Do not use this as a substitute for titanium or ceramic wrap on the manifold itself. Do not bond to wet or dusty plastic.
