Arlows 2,5" / 63,5mm Y-Exhaust Flap Kit remote controlled (Negativedruck controlled, closed)

This is an exhaust cutout / flap for universal retrofitting in a car / motorcycle

This exhaust cutout is supposed to be welded in at a straight place in the exhaust system.

 

The flap opens / closed with underpressure.
 

Included is a  control unit which controls the cutout / flap with 2 remotes.

This valve is located between the intake manifold and the exhaust cutout / flap.

By pressing the remote, the exhaust cutout / flap can be opened or closed via underpressure.

There are two different versions of our cutout / flap:

Version 1: closed base position in the unpressurized state ( the cutout / flap opens with underpressure )

Version 2: open base position in the unpressurized state ( the cutout / flap closes with underpressure )

 

The flap is made of very high quality and is very massive.

All parts are made of stainless steel.

The mechanism is mounted with ball bearings.
