Cooler water. Cooler charge air. More stable temperatures. The 2.0 TDI in the VW T6 / T6.1 cools charge air indirectly via a dedicated low-temperature water circuit. Lower water temperature means better charge-air cooling. That is exactly what the Wagner Tuning Competition radiator kit does: +30% cooler volume (12.4 L vs. 9.5 L) and +26% frontal area (2208 cm² vs. 1750 cm²).
