Competition Intercooler Kit Hyundai I30 1,6 T-GDI and Kia Cee'd GT 1,6T-GDI
The high performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (300mm x 350mm x 125[65]mm), providing 100% larger flow area and 117% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh is very light, so the complete intercooler weighs only 7.1kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and were optimized under flow analyses in the CAD system. With the help of incorporated air baffles, in the inlet, a uniform filling of the intercooler is ensured. The connection diameters at the inlet and outlet expanded to 60/50mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest back pressure. Thus, this kit is just right for racing. The assembly is done at the original mounting points and is easy to perform(1:1 exchange). An optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
