Arlows Titanium Heat Wrap ? 10 m × 50 mm
The working roll for downpipes, mid-pipes and sections.
10 metres of titanium wrap, 50 mm wide, about 2 mm thick, rated around 1400 °C. Still unwinds after long use ? unlike cheap glass-fibre rolls that bake on and tear.
Why this roll?
10 M × 50 MM
Standard width for header tubes and downpipes. Covers large sections; a full 4-cylinder header needs about 15 m.
~1400 °C
Built for exhaust, not cabin trim. Cheap glass wrap often sits at 500?700 °C.
2 MM MASS
More distance between the pipe and neighbouring parts than thin discount tape.
TURBO + PROTECTION
Heat stays in the exhaust stream so the turbo responds better. The bay and looms see less radiation.

Secure with V2A stainless ties. Wrap with overlap. Brief smoke on first heat-up is normal and stops after a few minutes.
