Performance intercooler kit EVO 1 BMW E82 - E93

The intercooler EVO 1 has the following net dimensions (520x210x130/staged 11,750cm³) and thus offers an 85% larger flow area, as well as 60% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Performance high performance mesh is a high quality bar and plate mesh with very good cooling properties. Due to the high material content, the performance version has a weight of 9.0kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and were optimized with the help of flow analyses in the CFD system. The EVO 1 intercooler kit is suitable for the first power stages of the BMW 35i engines. This intercooler causes less back pressure than the stock intercooler. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete ready-to-install kit, simply replace with stock intercooler - plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring.
