Description
The high performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (520x210x130/stepped 11.750cm³ / OEM 510x130x110mm, 7.293cm³) and thus offers a 64% larger flow area, as well as 60% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high performance mesh is a high quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators. As a result, the total weight of the intercooler is only 6.6kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analysis in the CFD system. The intercooler kit EVO1 is suitable for the first power stages of BMW engines. This intercooler causes less back pressure than the stock intercooler. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees a durable and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete ready-to-install kit, simply replace with stock intercooler - plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable.
