Competition intercooler kit for BMW X5 and X6 models from the E-series or F-series.
The high performance intercooler features mesh dimensions of 535mm x 332mm x 150mm (stepped 19.2L), providing a 113.5% larger flow area, as well as 120% more intercooler volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high performance mesh is a high quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 12.5kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analysis in the CFD system. This intercooler causes far less back pressure than the stock intercooler. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees a durable and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete ready to install kit, simply replace with stock intercooler - plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring.
