Arlows V-band welding rings 4 "/ 102 mm (self-centering, stainless steel)

These are 2 welded rings intended for 102 mm stainless steel tubes.

It's the highend variant "self-centering".

In this variant, there is a male and a female flange, which get centered via centering rabbet.

These flanges are centering themself through the rabbet.

The welded rings are equipped with a phase in which one the 102 mm stainless steel tube gets inserted.

Afterwards the flange and the tube have to be welded at the inside and the outside.

So there are no problems with wrong applied or distorted flanges.

The internal diameter of the flange will be just the same internal diameter as the one of the pipe, so that no unfavorable edges may occur.

The phase depth: 5mm

Thick pro weld-on ring: 15 mm
