Arlows Performance Line Wastegate 60mm
V-BandThe wastegate is equipped with three upper and two lower air ports, making installation of pressure lines and boost pressure control straightforward. A high-temperature resistant alloy is used for the valve and the body is cast from stainless steel to ensure durability and longevity even under high loads. The diaphragm is made of durable and temperature-resistant silicone, while the spring in the wastegate is made of heavy-duty stainless steel and operates reliably at high temperatures up to 480°C. To minimize friction and wear, special stainless steel has been used for the valve seat and valve guide. All other mounting parts are made of stainless steel. The three lower and two upper ports provide more flexible mounting options for pressure lines without having to rotate the upper part of the wastegate. Sealing plugs for closing open ports are included. The wastegate is designed to be particularly compact for use in tight spaces. It is mounted using easy-to-install and easy-to-remove V-band clamps. The wastegate is also equipped with Dash 4 water ports for cooling in extreme racing applications, which can be removed when not needed.
