Arlows aluminium pipe bend 90° wide radius AlMgSi0.5
Wide 90° bend for smooth flow. Less turbulence, minimal pressure loss, weldable.
Mandrel bend in AlMgSi0.5 (EN AW-6060). The wide radius keeps the section open and reduces losses in the curve. 2 mm wall thickness consistent. Matches the Arlows straight tubes and other bends in the same alloy. Diameter is selected in the variant.
Why this bend?
WIDE RADIUS
Smooth transition. Less turbulence and pressure loss than tight bends. Ideal for maximum performance in charge air routing.
2 MM WALL
Consistent wall thickness. Light and sufficiently pressure resistant for charge air and intake. Example at 25 mm outer diameter.
WELDABLE
AlMgSi0.5 welds cleanly with TIG or MIG. Seamlessly formed from one piece. Laser etched Arlows logo.
SMOOTH
For custom piping where flow matters more than minimal space. Same alloy as the straight tubes.

Fitment
Match the diameter to the mating part. Deburr the ends. Weld to Arlows straight tubes, cones or beaded ends. Connect with silicone hose and clamp (double wire or bolt clamp). Check direction and flow before tightening.
