Arlows 100 Cell Metal Racing Catalytic Converter
This is a catalytic converter with 100 cells to shrink-wrap into the exhaust system.
These cells are coated with a mixture of platinum, rhodium, palladium and AL203.
Thanks to this mixture the catalytic converter is able to pass the Euro 3 exhaust emission test at operating temperature.
Due to the low number of cells the exhaust back pressure is considerably reduced compared to series catalytic converter.
This racing catalytic is only for racing use. The usage on streets is forbidden. Using these racing catalytics on streets will expire the operation licence of your car.
The right size for your racecar:
90mm outer diameter up to 350HP
100mm outer diameter up to 400HP
110mm outer diameter up to 475HP
120mm outer diameter up to 550HP
130mm outer diameter up to 600HP
From 600HP we recommend the installation of 2 catalytic converters in parallel.
The inlet diameter of our catalytic converters is 63,5mm / 2,5".
If desired you can also weld pipes with the maximum size of the particular outer diameter to the catalytic converter by cutting off the cones at the Inlet and outlet.
Our catalytic converters have a 100% stainless steel housing.
Furthermore they are provided with a thread for a lambda probe.
A closure plug is also included.
