Arlows VAG 2.0L TFSI EA113 EA888 Runner Flap Delete Kit


The Runner Flap Delete Kit allows for the removal of restrictive intake flaps from the factory intake manifold. The factory intake flaps can be a significant restriction on modified vehicles.

The intake flaps are individual plates that function like a throttle body and are located in each intake manifold. However, even at maximum opening, the flaps still present a restriction to airflow.

The Runner Flap Removal System fills the voids in each intake manifold after the factory flaps are removed.

We strongly recommend updating your software to maximize performance. Simply removing the runner flaps can result in adverse running conditions during cold starts. However, through proper ECU recalibrations, the turner can eliminate these harsh running conditions.
